Supporting Fine & Gross Motor Skills at Home

Please join us to gain understanding as to how to support the development of these skills at home. This presentation explores practical strategies and everyday activities that parents and caregivers can use to support children’s fine and gross motor development at home. It highlights the importance of motor skills in early childhood, explains the differences between fine and gross motor abilities, and provides simple, engaging, and developmentally appropriate ideas to encourage movement, coordination, and dexterity in young children. The goal is to empower families to create supportive environments that promote healthy physical development through play and routine activities.
