The LBA/BCBA will work collaboratively with our educational staff, providing guidance and support using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to promote the best outcomes for our students.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support, training, and supervision to ABA instructional staff on the direct implementation of ABA interventions, including:
- Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT)
- Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
- Functional Communication Training (FCT)
- Preference Assessments
- Monitoring and evaluating program data

- Periodically review the IEP to ensure PT services are being implemented correctly.
- Assess children’s progress toward goal acquisition both informally and formally.
