Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Screening resumes and conducting interviews.
  • Collaborating with Principals and Education Coordinators to meet program staffing needs.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate data and supporting onboarding processes.
  • Upholding compliance and fostering a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Associates degree
